Last night, WordPress  unveiled WordPress 2.7 on wordpress.com. It is slick, shiny but maybe a bit confusing until you get used to it. I spent most of the night creating a guide for my blogging students to help them make the transition to WP 2.7.  After spending so much time on this guide, it would be a shame if only a limited audience benefited.

Here is a link to the guide. It is designed for both WordPress hosted blogs and self hosted WordPress blogs. Color coded screenshots help delineate WP hosted versus self hosted WP blog features. The guide is NOT designed for the blogger new to WordPress, it is designed to help WP bloggers get the most of the new features in WP 2.7.
